  • Prepare for Dixie Fellowship.

  Elections Committee

  • Ensure that all chapters are trained in election procedure.

  • Provide election teams for troops that request them.

  • Ensure that all elections forms are submitted to Inductions chairman before summer camp.

  • Complete any other tasks deemed necessary by the Lodge Chief

   
  History Committee

  • Maintain the History of the Lodge.

  • Develop lodge history book including photographs and written records.

  • Complete any other tasks deemed necessary by the Lodge Chief.

   
  Membership Committee

  • Encourage all new arrowmen to participate in lodge activities and events.

  • Send letters to Ordeal members eligible for Brotherhood membership.

  • Encourage inactive arrowmen to renew membership.

  • Complete any other tasks deemed necessary by the Lodge Chief.

   
  Service Committee
Chairman:   Brian Almond
 
  • Plan and conduct the service projects of the Lodge.

  • Recruit participants and obtain materials for the service projects.

  • Coordinate service projects with the appropriate council authorities and the Camp Ranger.

  • Complete any other tasks deemed necessary by the Lodge Chief

   
  Training Committee

  • Coordinate the Lodge's annual Lodge Leadership Development Conference.

  • Coordinate other training events for the Lodge.

Indian Affairs Committees

  • Direct every aspect of the Ordeal, including work projects and supervision of elangomats.

  • Recruit elangomats for every Ordeal.

  Vigil Nominating Committee

  • Plan and conduct Vigil Honor selection process at the Spring Fellowship.

  • Complete petitions for the Vigil Honor.

  • Conduct Call out Ceremony.

  • Direct the Vigil Honor Induction at the Fall Fellowship.
